Jackson Family

The Jackson family originated in Pine Bluff, Arkansas and started with the marriage of Green Jackson and Georgia, Jackson.  Green was born in Mississippi 9 years after slavery had ended and Georgia.  The couple born their sons: Tom, Dick, Harry and Shug. in children in a large local family.  Green was a farmer and Georgia cared  for the children and manage the household.
